AquaGuard 5000 Product Line Update
Happy New Year! We, here at the Aquatic Technologies Group are so excited to share with you our new developments and innovations to our AquaGuard 5000 product line. As of January 1, 2019, all AquaGuard products will now be formulated using the newest cutting edge UV inhibiting technology, making our product more durable and longer lasting, and our colors brighter and finishes glossier.
In addition, we are introducing a new shade, Ice Blue, which can be applied alone or using our proprietary dotting method, along with any of our other existing AquaGuard shades for a uniquely beautiful finish.
Ice Blue will join our White AquaGuard to become the only two AquaGuard colors approved by the Florida Department of Health to be used in commercial swimming pools. This will give these customers, looking to resurface resort, hotel and community pools more selection and variety in customizing their pool and spa finishes. Previously, there was little customization available to this clientele as only white could be used in commercial pools due to the high LRV rating required for safety. Now, as Ice Blue has also been approved, customers with commercial pools can in addition to White, choose to have an Ice Blue finish, or a variable combination, by spray applying White dots over Ice Blue or conversely White dots on top of Ice Blue.
