Epoxy Pool Paint

AquaGuard 5000®– Epoxy Pool Paint is a high performance, 100% solids, epoxy resin with proprietary alkali curing agents.

This is a non-porous surface coating which cannot be penetrated by rust, algae, chlorine or other reactants  and makes most water and chemical stains easily removable with light washing or scrubbing. This means homeowners will have less maintenance, less chemical usage, and less time and money spent cleaning the surface of the pool. AquaGuard 5000®– Epoxy Pool Paint is not only an aesthetic surface coating that will restore everlasting beauty to any pool, but will make the pool easier to clean and maintain over time.

Designer Series

Our Designer Series Epoxy Pool Paint color selections will add a depth of color and uniqueness while also camouflaging imperfections in the pool’s infrastructure, such as osmotic blistering that may appear as a result of fiberglass wearing out over time. Homeowners can purchase our portable dot sprayer for DIY application.

Our product is also FDA compliant to be potable and may be used in surge tanks, ponds, fountains, or dive tanks as well.

AquaGuard 5000 – Epoxy Swimming Pool Paint is:

Surface Preparation Requirements:

Concrete will need to be acid etched and neutralized, or pressure washed, depending on the severity of surface degradation. Concrete should be repaired and restored as necessary prior to application. Concrete and plaster surfaces will require a sealer/primer for reconditioning prior to application. 

Fiberglass will need be ground or abraded with a course grain emery disk to achieve an adequate surface profile or anchor pattern. No additional sealer/primer is needed for fiberglass application.
